Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Automation – Selenium with Java, GIT, API Testing, Azure/Cloud, Writing SQL Queries, Database Testing, ISTQB Certification, Basics in JMeter – Performance Testing.

Technical Expertise
9+ years of QA/Testing experience with a strong automation background.
Proficiency in at least two programming languages: Java / Python / JavaScript.
Deep understanding of:
SDLC, STLC, Agile, DevOps practices
Test architecture and framework design
Continuous testing and shift-left methodologies
Strong experience in:
UI automation
API automation
Backend and database testing




CI/CD tools
Version control (Git)

Leadership & Communication
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (PMs, Developers, Architects).
Ability to lead distributed QA teams and manage large-scale enterprise projects.
Robust problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Positive-to-Have Skills
Experience with cloud technologies: AWS / Azure / GCP.
Knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of AI/ML testing concepts.
Exposure to robotics process automation (RPA) tools.

Experience implementing test coverage and code quality tools (SonarQube, Allure Reports).
