Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented SMO Specialist to manage and enhance our social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, and improving overall brand visibility across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies.
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
Increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Handle comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
Coordinate with the design and content teams for social media creatives.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.




Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements.
Support paid social media campaigns when required.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of relevant experience in SMO / Social Media Marketing.
Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Positive understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.
Strong content planning and creative thinking skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic designing tools will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
