Experience: 2–5 Years,

Qualification: · Diploma / BE in ECE, EEE, Mechanical, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform SMT machine programming for Pick & Place machines.

· Handle component mapping, feeder assignment, and machine setup activities.

· Interpret PCB layout files, Gerber files, and centroid data for program preparation.

· Optimize machine cycle time and improve production efficiency.

· Troubleshoot placement defects and machine-related issues.

· Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.

· Ensure proper first-off validation and line setup approval.

· Maintain SMT program backups and process documentation.

· Support recent product introduction (NPI) and trial activities.

· Ensure compliance with quality standards and production targets.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
