Role & responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of aesthetic lasers and medical equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to doctors and clinic staff.
Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs and system testing.
Handle product demonstrations and basic technical training for customers.
Coordinate with international manufacturers for technical support and spare parts.
Maintain accurate service reports and customer records
Support the sales team during product demonstrations and installations.

Travel to customer locations across assigned territories as required

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech /Diploma in Electronics, Biomedical, Electrical or related engineering field.
Experience with aesthetic lasers, medical equipment or healthcare devices preferred.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication skills in English and local language.
Willing to travel extensively for service and installation requirements.
