Experience: 5+ years in Automobile Service
Responsibilities:
Manage overall service department operations
Lead and motivate the service team
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Monitor workshop productivity and profitability
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Achieve service targets and maintain operational standards
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
