Ensure smooth vehicle reception, repair, servicing, and delivery.
Monitor job allocation and workshop workflow.
Ensure vehicles are delivered within the committed time.
Customer Satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
Ensure accurate communication regarding repair costs and delivery timelines.
Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow up on customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Workshop Management
Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and other workshop staff.
Allocate jobs based on technician skill and workload.
Monitor technician productivity and efficiency.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of workshop equipment.
Quality Control
Ensure repairs are carried out according to manufacturer/service standards.
Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Minimize repeat repairs and customer complaints.
Ensure proper road tests and final inspections where required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
