Role & responsibilities
End-user support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, network printers, and peripheral devices.
Network support activities including switch configuration, access point management, LAN troubleshooting, and connectivity support.
Management and support of video conferencing systems and meeting room infrastructure.
IT asset and inventory management, ticket handling, and coordination with vendors for warranty and AMC support.
Support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SAP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other enterprise IT services.
Safety during operation & maintenance for Fn yr

i) Zero accidents & awareness of safety among the team ii) Near miss reporting & use of PPE The ideal candidate should possess robust troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience in desktop and network support, and the ability to provide productive IT services in a manufacturing workplace.

Preferred candidate profile
