This is currently a hybrid role, working from home and meeting the small team weekly.

We work primarily with hotels, restaurants, retail, wellness, real estate and lifestyle brands and focus heavily on Instagram but also create content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Please check our website at or our Instagram handle at media for references of past content.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand clients' brands, competitors, identify core messages and positioning that need to be communicated.
Ideate monthly content calendars for clients' social media accounts.
Write captions for social, digital PR & marketing posts, reels, stories.
Write copy for Meta ads.
Monitor insights regularly and adjust strategy / content accordingly.
Research and think of ways of increasing engagement.
Write blog posts for our own websites weekly.
Write website content for client’s websites from time to time.
Write press notes, assist with PR coordination and other support areas,



when required.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Fluency in English is a must / strong communication skills
Valuable understanding of social media marketing.
At least one year of prior relevant work experience.
Knowledge of social media marketing, photography, graphic design, PR and digital marketing preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and thoroughness.
Ability to multitask
Familiarity with Goa.
Owns a laptop.
Ability to prioritise tasks
Good sense of aesthetics in design is a bonus

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
