Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with their purchases and provide a qualified and personalised shopping experience.
Handle billing, invoicing and basic payment processes.
Manage customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram and the website.
Respond to customer messages and follow up on enquiries in a timely manner.
Take product photographs and videos for use across Instagram and the website.
Assist with basic product updates and information on the website.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and store activities.
Ensure the store is maintained in an organised and presentable manner.
Support the team with day-to-day retail and administrative activities.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
Well-spoken with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable interacting with customers in a qualified manner.




Comfortable using computers, smartphones and basic digital applications.
Familiar with WhatsApp and Instagram.
Able to learn and operate basic billing and website management systems.
Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
Presentable, punctual and qualified in their approach.
Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Experience Prior experience in retail, customer service, fashion, sarees or a similar role will be an advantage.

However, candidates with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
