Role Description The Social Media Coordinator role at ZUCOL is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the coordinator will plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content for different ongoing projects .

Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, monitoring audience engagement, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. The coordinator will track key performance metrics, assist with social media campaigns, and support broader digital marketing initiatives.



The role also involves staying updated on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve performance and reach.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing skills.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills for transparent, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills to support campaigns, analytics, and audience growth.
Experience using major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and social media management tools.
Ability to analyze social media insights, prepare basic performance reports, and adapt strategies based on data.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Previous experience in a social media or marketing role is preferred; experience in multi-brand settings is a plus.
Proficiency on tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
