Experience: 6–8 Years

(Short):
Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITAM, etc.).
Configure Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Notifications, Reports, and Dashboards.
Develop custom workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow APIs and IntegrationHub.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure code quality.
Develop and execute automated test cases and maintain technical documentation.
