Purpose of the role
The role is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting and administrative operations by executing standardized processes accurately and efficiently, while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting principles, regulations, and company policies. The position involves handling routine financial and operational activities,



resolving issues within defined guidelines, and escalating non-routine matters when required.
You will be Responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations, accounting principles, and established standards.
Managing accounting activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, cost accounting, and budget accounting, as applicable to the assigned area.
Allocating and analyzing direct and indirect costs and supporting actual-versus-budgeted cost variance analysis.
Supporting the development and monitoring of annual revenue and expense budgets to help control funds and measure operating performance.
Performing skilled technical, administrative, and operational tasks to support accounting and business operations.
