This role serves as the critical connection between product strategy, business outcomes, and engineering execution. You will own the direction and definition of a critical product portfolio, translating ideas and business needs into explicit, technically sound requirements. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and business stakeholders, you will help deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. Your decisions will influence revenue growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, and long-term platform health. The position requires strong technical judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions in ambiguous environments. You will balance innovation and feature delivery with technical debt, security, scalability, and delivery confidence. Accountabilities:




Own product definition and backlog quality by acting as the voice of the customer and translating market problems, business requirements, and product strategy into clear epics, features, and user stories.
Establish precise, testable acceptance criteria and clear definitions of done while continuously refining the product backlog to maintain readiness, clarity, and alignment with priorities.
Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture to ensure product solutions support scalable, event-driven, secure, and sustainable system designs.
Communicate priorities, business context, constraints, and expected outcomes clearly to development teams to maintain alignment between product intent and delivery execution.
Evaluate tradeoffs across customer value, technical feasibility, delivery risk, scalability, security, and long-term platform health.
