As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company,
representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to
establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their
satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact, handling
inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that
may arise. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in
delivering an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI
workplace.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
communicate effectively with diverse customer segments.
* Robust interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and
tools.
