ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a junior IC role within the second line Risk and Compliance function, based in Gurgaon. You will report into the SVP, Assurance COE on a day-to-day basis, with functional oversight from the Deputy Head of Compliance and head of Operational Risk. You will be the operational backbone of the Risk and Compliance team — keeping registers accurate, governance reporting on track, and the Compliance Calendar running smoothly. Your work directly supports the Bank's ability to meet its regulatory obligations and maintain a clean compliance posture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the accuracy and timeliness of the Bank's core compliance registers — conflicts of interest, outside business interests, insider lists,



and breach logs — conducting periodic reviews to ensure they remain current and audit-ready.
Support risk event reviews and breach management processes, helping to ensure issues are documented, tracked, and resolved in line with the Bank's policy framework.
Maintain and update Compliance and Risk policies and procedures, including oversight of the overall Policy Framework, ensuring documents reflect current regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Drive the Compliance Calendar, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and governance reporting — including monthly and quarterly committee packs — is compiled and issued accurately.
Manage the Compliance Advisory mailbox, ensuring all incoming requests are logged, triaged, and directed appropriately, and providing administrative support to the wider team as needed.
