As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in our company's success
by supporting the daily operations and customer care functions. You will be the

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information and
solutions.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of
satisfaction.
* Maintain and update customer records and documentation accurately.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient
workflow.
* Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies and
policies.
* Train and mentor new customer care executives, ensuring a high standard of
service.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially in data

QUALIFICATIONS

* A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably
in the BFSI industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric
approach.
* Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
