As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the
day-to-day operations of our back-office team, ensuring smooth and efficient
processes. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments,
managing resources, and implementing strategies to enhance customer
satisfaction. You will work closely with the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team,
providing them with the necessary support and tools to excel in their roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and oversee back-office operations, ensuring timely and accurate
processing of customer inquiries and requests.
* Develop and implement efficient workflows and procedures to enhance
operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with the CCE team to resolve complex customer issues and provide
effective solutions.
* Monitor and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying
areas for improvement.
* Train and mentor back-office staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company
policies and industry regulations.




* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of
back-office operations.
* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing cutting-edge
solutions.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to
team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a
related field is preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations or back-office role,
preferably in the BFSI industry.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and
guide a team.
* Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data
management and analysis.
