Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled BIM Architectural Draftsman to support architectural and BIM projects through the preparation, development,



and coordination of accurate architectural drawings and 3D BIM models. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams to ensure drawings and models comply with project standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and architectural drawings based on design and project requirements.
Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction drawings.
Create and modify architectural models using Autodesk Revit.
Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
Incorporate design changes and revisions into BIM models and drawings.
Prepare drawings suitable for Design Development, Tender, IFC, and Construction stages.
Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with project-specific BIM standards, naming conventions, and documentation requirements.
