We are looking for someone who actually understands Instagram, not just someone who can schedule posts.
What we need:
Solid understanding of Instagram trends and algorithms
Create engaging Reels, short-form videos and posts
Identify trending audio, hooks, formats and content ideas
Edit raw videos into professional, attention-grabbing Reels
Write engaging captions and hooks
Post consistently and manage the content calendar
Understand how to increase reach, engagement and followers organically
Track performance and improve content based on what is working
Keep up with current social media trends
Experience with Instagram and preferably TikTok
Significant: We are looking for someone who can actively grow the page, bring current ideas, and take ownership of the content — not someone who simply posts what we provide. If you understand what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and follow, we'd like to hear from you.
Pay: ₹10,020.89 - ₹35,806.05 per month
