We are looking for a creative, responsible and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage social media and digital communication for Government Department, Institutional and Public Sector Projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media activities
Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X & YouTube
Create engaging posts, captions, creatives and campaign content
Develop content around government schemes, initiatives, awareness campaigns and events
Coordinate with design and video teams for creatives, Reels and short-form videos
Monitor engagement, trends and basic social media analytics
Research information from official and reliable sources and ensure content accuracy
Maintain a professional and official communication tone
Support social media campaigns and improve overall digital presence
What We're Looking For
Strong Hindi & English content-writing skills
Positive understanding of social media platforms and trends
Experience in social media management/content creation
Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form content
Robust research and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Creative Skills Knowledge of Canva is preferred. Experience with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator will be an added advantage.
Preferred Background Candidates from Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Media Studies or related fields are preferred.
Experience with Government Departments, PSUs, institutions, public-awareness campaigns or government/institutional communication will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹270,000.00 per year
