We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, particularly in a grocery store setting, and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations effectively. (minimum 3 years experience)
Duties
Conduct interviews and hire current staff members
Provide training and guidance to employees, including grocery store clerks
Manage payroll and ensure accurate payment processing
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
Implement budgeting strategies to optimize resources
Supervise shift management to maintain smooth operations
Monitor retail sales performance and implement strategies for improvement
Requirements
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a grocery store setting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficient in budgeting and financial management
Excellent time management abilities
Familiarity with payroll processes
Prior experience in interviewing and hiring staff members
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
