ServiceNow ITOM Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer with expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support ITOM modules
Implement Discovery and Service Mapping solutions
Manage Event Management and CMDB health
Develop automation workflows and integrations
Troubleshoot infrastructure monitoring issues




Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM
Knowledge of Discovery, MID Server, and CMDB
Scripting experience using JavaScript and Glide APIs
Understanding of cloud and infrastructure technologies
