Location: Hyderabad/Pune

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules including:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Request Management
Service Catalog
Knowledge Management
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using:
Business Rules
Client Scripts
Script Includes
UI Policies
UI Actions
Flow Designer
Workflow
Configure Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Catalog Workflows.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.




Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and support teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills
Solid experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and customization.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Expertise in
GlideRecord
GlideAjax
Scripted REST APIs
ACLs
Data Policies
Transform Maps
Import Sets
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Valuable understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
Experience with update sets, source control, and release management.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Mandatory Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
