ServiceNow Senior Developer
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Hyderabad / Remote

Required Skills & Responsibilities:
Solid ServiceNow Development experience with ITSM expertise, Change Management, CMDB, and Integrations
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow by gathering requirements, preparing implementation plans, creating workflows, writing JavaScript, customizing the UI, and managing groups & roles
Manage ServiceNow instances (Development, Test, and Production), including upgrades and promotion of changes across settings
Coordinate with other ServiceNow developers to establish development standards and deployment processes
Develop integrations using REST,



SOAP, email, and other relevant technologies
Automate business processes using ServiceNow Orchestration and other relevant modules
Manage ETL processes between ServiceNow and external systems
Analyze business requirements and enhance system capabilities through workflow automation
Proficient in JavaScript and HTML
Develop reports, dashboards, and views in ServiceNow
Create and maintain APIs and data integration processes between ServiceNow and third-party services
