Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Panchkula, responsible for driving sales of Bragnam’s early childhood learning solutions. On a day-to-day basis, this role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demos, and building strong relationships with schools, learning centers, and other partners. The Sales Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide service support, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate sales records, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products and market trends.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets and manage pipelines.
Candidates should possess Training and presentation skills to explain products clearly and support partner onboarding.
Ability to work on-site in Panchkula, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Prior experience in education, edtech, or early childhood products is advantageous.
Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM software, spreadsheets, email, and online presentations).
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
