The Role. We are looking for a sharp,



hands-on Finance Manager to own the finance engine at Ripik.AI. You will run the full accounting and compliance backbone of a fast-scaling industrial AI company — from month-end close and MIS to statutory compliance and cash flow management. This is a high-ownership role for someone who has built finance in a 0-to-1 startup before and is excited to do it again, alongside a leadership team scaling Ripik into a category-defining global business
