Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NWe are currently seeking a senior network engineer to take ownership of Morae's global data centre network infrastructure. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our enterprise networking workplace across six global data centres supporting a 24/7/365 production platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in our Data Centre Modernization Program while providing expert troubleshooting across switching, routing, firewalls, WAN connectivity, and network security.

- Own and support enterprise network infrastructure across six global data centers, including Cisco switching, routing, firewalls, and WAN connectivity. N
- Lead troubleshooting ofcomplex network outages, performance issues, and connectivity incidents with minimal reliance on vendor support. N
- Perform root cause analysis and produce post-incident documentation and remediation plans. N
- Monitor network health using enterprise monitoring tools, including SNMP, Syslog, Cisco FMC,



and related platforms. N
- Lead technical deliveryof the Data Centre Modernization Programme, deploying Cisco Nexus 9300, Catalyst 9200, and Catalyst 8300 platforms. N
- Develop migration, cutover, rollback, and validation plans for infrastructure refresh projects. N
- Manage Cisco Firepower HA firewalls, firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, DMZs, and security configurations. N
- Support Azure vWAN, IPsec VPNs, Cisco Meraki environments, and office connectivity. N
- Maintain accurate network documentation, topology diagrams, IP addressing, and configuration backups. N
- Follow ITIL change management processes and participate in CAB reviews. N
- Work closely with infrastructure, storage, VMware, and security teams on enterprise initiatives. N
- Identify opportunities for automation using Python, PowerShell, or Ansible. N
