Role Description The Chief Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing all engineering and construction activities across projects. This position leads project planning, structural design coordination, and execution, ensuring that work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards while adhering to timelines and budgets.



The Chief Engineer collaborates closely with architects, contractors, site engineers, and vendors, providing technical guidance, resolving on-site issues, and optimizing construction methods and materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising multiple project sites, reviewing drawings and technical specifications, monitoring progress and resource utilization, and preparing regular reports for senior management. The role also involves mentoring engineering teams, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in construction processes and overall project delivery.
