About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our government advisory practice as a Team Lead. In this role, you will lead high-impact program management initiatives, direct multi-stakeholder operations, and oversee state-level agricultural/rural development deliverables, Market Linkages, Documentations, PPTs.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Oversee end-to-end execution, planning, and monitoring of large-scale government programs in the agriculture and rural development sector.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior government officials, state administrative departments, partner agencies, and field execution teams.
Team Governance: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of consultants, subject matter experts, and field coordinators to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Policy & Strategy Execution:



Translate government directives and project frameworks into actionable operational plans, ensuring alignment with state objectives.
Monitoring & Reporting: Establish robust review mechanisms, draft comprehensive progress reports, and present data-driven insights to executive stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Education: Full time MBA or PGDM in Agribusiness Management, Rural Management, from a recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in program management, government advisory, or large-scale rural consulting projects.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record in managing government stakeholders, public sector projects, and agricultural transformation frameworks, Market-Linkage.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-tiered teams, navigate complex public administrative systems, and drive cross-functional outcomes.
