- Negotiation & Vendor Management: Skill in negotiating pricing, timelines, and terms with suppliers and internal teams to ensure profitability and efficiency.

- Trend Awareness: A strong pulse on current fashion and jewelry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Sales, Sourcing).

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple product lines and timelines simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to product specifications, costing, and quality control.

- Assortment Planning: Develop and manage commercially appealing product assortments that align with seasonal trends, brand identity, and target market preferences.





- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept, sampling, and production, through to launch and eventual phase-out.

- Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to interpret trends into viable product specifications, ensuring designs can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively.

- Costing & Pricing: Prepare detailed cost sheets, negotiate pricing with vendors/suppliers, and determine final wholesale pricing to meet margin requirements.

- Sales Analysis: Analyse sales performance, market data, and customer feedback to identify bestsellers, slow movers, and future opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly.

- Trend Analysis: Continuously research market trends, competitor offerings, and recent materials/technologies within the jewelry industry to keep assortments fresh and competitive.
