Key Responsibilities:

- Training &
- Mentoring: Deliver high-quality training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Full Stack development concepts.

- Curriculum Delivery: Explain concepts in a clear and structured manner, covering real-time use cases and industry practices.

- Hands-on Training: Guide students in building projects, assignments, and practical implementations using Java technologies.

- Back-End Development Training: Teach server-side logic and API development using Java frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, or Java EE.

- API Testing &

- Debugging: Train students on testing and validating APIs using Post man and debugging backend services.

- Database Training: Provide knowledge on database design, SQL queries, and integration using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- System Design Basics: Introduce learners to application architecture, scalability, and best coding practices.

- Code Reviews &

- Assessment: Evaluate student assignments, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

- Doubt Solving &

- Support: Address student queries, provide guidance, and ensure concept clarity.

- Performance Monitoring: Track student progress and help improve their technical and problem-solving skills.

- Content Development: Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.

- Continuous Learning:



Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training sessions.

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in Java programming (Core &
- Advanced Java)

- Experience with Spring Framework &

- Spring Boot

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services

- Hands-on experience with Postman (API testing)

- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases

- Familiarity with Git and development tools (IDE, build tools)

- Understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns

- Basic knowledge of microservices architecture

- Valuable understanding of Agile methodologies

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Prior experience in training/teaching (preferred but not mandatory)

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Microservices architecture

- Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)

- Knowledge of JUnit or testing frameworks

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)

Key Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, Postman, SQL, Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Candidates with equivalent practical experience or certifications in Java / Full Stack Development are also eligible.

- Relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or Full Stack Development will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
