Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Solid OOPS Concetps, Java, Spring, Microservices, SQL, REST, Git, Jenkins Good-to-Have SQL (preferably DB2), Scripting knowledge (Shell scripting/Python)

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Strong OOPS concepts - Multithreading, Collections, Exception handling etc 2 Strong work experience in Java, Spring frameworks, Microservices, REST 3 Good experience in MQ, DB2 and scripting knowledge like shell scripting or python. 4 Experience in writing independent components and writing unit tests . 5 Experience with Agile methodologies - Scrum, Continuous integration 6 Attention to detail, Desire and ability to work in a multi-distributed team workplace 7 Ability to excel in a short timeframe under short sprints 8 Strong communication and documentation skills
