Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable, resilient, and high-performance enterprise applications while providing technical leadership across the software development lifecycle. This role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Microservices, cloud-native development, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

You will work closely with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that meet client and business requirements while promoting engineering excellence and quality-first development practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have Skills:

6+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.





Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development.

Strong knowledge of REST API development and integration patterns.

Experience with SQL databases and database optimization.

Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.

Strong understanding of application security and secure development practices.

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as:

JUnit

Mockito

Jest

Experience implementing unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing strategies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to lead technical initiatives.

Robust focus on quality engineering and automation-first practices.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with cloud-native application development.

Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with API Gateway technologies.

Knowledge of event-driven architecture patterns.

Experience with caching technologies such as Redis or Hazelcast.

Experience with automated UI testing tools such as Selenium.

Exposure to performance engineering and observability frameworks.

Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
