About CC

The Collective Conscious (CC) is a youth-led mental health initiative working to make mental health awareness and resources more accessible. Our work is supported by a multidisciplinary team contributing across community engagement, workshops, campaigns, outreach and organisational development.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, empathetic and people-oriented Human Resources Intern to support the coordination and experience of CC’s team members, volunteers and interns. The role offers practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, team engagement and HR documentation within a youth-led social-impact initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment and initial screening of volunteers and interns
• Support onboarding and orientation processes
• Maintain organised and updated team records
• Assist with attendance and participation tracking
• Coordinate check-ins, follow-ups and feedback collection
• Support internal communication and team-engagement activities
• Assist with recognition and appraisal-related documentation




• Maintain confidentiality while handling team information

• Has strong interpersonal and organisational skills

• Can handle information sensitively and maintain confidentiality
• Is comfortable coordinating with team members remotely
• Is receptive to learning and feedback

Previous HR experience is preferred.
