THE ROLE This is a pure hunter role. You are the first line of offence for Catalysts' business growth. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, running structured outreach campaigns, qualifying leads, managing the pipeline, and working closely with the VP Sales and leadership team to convert prospects into clients. You'll also play a key role in building pitch decks and proposals that win mandates.



This is not a passive account management role - it rewards people who are proactive, thick-skinned, and relentless about filling the pipeline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting ● Research and build targeted prospect lists across sectors ● Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other tools to identify the right decision-makers-CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and Founders ● Stay on top of industry news, funding announcements, leadership changes, and seasonal triggers to identify the right moment to reach out ● Maintain a healthy database of 100+ active prospects at any given time, segmented by vertical, company size, and stage of outreach 2. Outreach & Follow-Ups ● Run structured, multi-touch outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp-personalised to each prospect, not templated spam ● Craft compelling first-touch messages that communicate Catalysts' value proposition clearly and generate genuine curios
