We’re looking for a highly creative, performance-driven Writer & Producer to create high-converting video ads for Dr. Veda.
This is not a traditional content or brand marketing role.
You’ll be responsible for creating performance creatives that stop the scroll, communicate the right message, and drive measurable business results.
You’ll own the creative process end-to-end — from finding customer insights and writing scripts to producing ads, working with creators & editors, and continuously improving creatives based on performance data.
What You’ll Do
* Identify customer insights that can be turned into winning ad concepts
* Write short-form video scripts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube & other performance channels
* Develop robust hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds
* Own the creative process from concept → script → production → final delivery
* Work closely with video editors to create multiple creative variations
* Review edits and provide clear, performance-focused feedback
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new creative experiments
* Analyze creative performance and use data to continuously iterate and improve ads
What We’re Looking For
* 4–6 years of experience in performance creative, copywriting, content production, digital advertising, or
