The House of Sunita Shekhawat is looking for a Data Entry Executive to join our office in Jaipur.
This is a focused data capture role for someone who is accurate, disciplined and comfortable working with daily records, registers and structured trackers. The role involves collecting information from stores and departments, entering it accurately on the same day and flagging discrepancies when required.

Key Responsibilities
Collect daily registers, slips and written records from stores and departments, in person where required.
Enter information accurately into the relevant house trackers on the same day.
Maintain daily stock entries in the Inventory Management Sheet for all live locations.
Capture enquiry counts across stores and channels.
Work consistently within a fixed daily cut-off time.
From Month 2/3, capture weekly sales activity data including clients attended, connect calls, video calls and appointments booked.




Follow up politely with relevant team members for missing submissions before the cut-off.
Identify and flag information that does not add up rather than making assumptions or filling gaps.
Maintain a simple record of late or pending submissions.
Once the Delhi cycle is introduced, support the same data-capture process for both Jaipur and Delhi from Jaipur.

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations or administrative support.
Capable freshers with the right aptitude and temperament may also be considered.
Comfortable entering data using both computer and phone.
Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Comfortable with sorting, filtering and easy formulas.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Comfortable working with routine, repetitive and structured tasks.
Willing to move between stores, counters and departments to collect required information.
