About the Role
We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage supplier quality activities and improve incoming material quality at our plant. The role involves working closely with suppliers, procurement and internal quality teams to ensure consistent quality and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities




Manage supplier quality and incoming material quality for the plant.
Improve quality of ferrous and SG iron castings.
Drive supplier development and support sourcing and procurement activities.
Conduct supplier audits and ensure effective CAPA implementation.
Monitor casting rejection, PPM and overall supplier performance.
Support NPD activities and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Work with suppliers involved in casting, forging, foundry and machining processes.
Support inspection and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant IATF, ISO and EOHS quality systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality.
Experience in automotive or off-highway manufacturing is preferred.
Good understanding of casting, forging, found
