Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Erode. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers seeking affordable housing finance, guiding them through loan applications, documentation, and approval processes. The role includes understanding customer needs,



explaining housing finance products, and providing clear, transparent information on eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options. The Relationship Manager will generate new business through customer outreach, local networking, and referrals, while also managing existing customer accounts to ensure timely repayments and high service standards. Daily responsibilities involve coordinating with internal teams for credit assessment and processing, maintaining accurate records, and complying with regulatory and company policies.
