? What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand client requirements, business needs, and expectations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requirements
Regularly follow up with clients and ensure a positive customer experience
Collect and track client feedback and identify areas for improvement
Handle client concerns and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate client records and interaction details
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Monitor client satisfaction and contribute towards client retention and growth
Share client feedback and insights with the management team
Contribute ideas to improve service quality and customer experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
Ability to understand client needs and manage expectations effectively
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms is an advantage
Basic understanding of software products or technology services is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred
