Mechanical Engineer – Corrosion & Asset Protection

Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in corrosion, protective coatings and industrial surface evaluation to support NanoQuinn's Anti-Rust Coating business across OEM and Aftermarket customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit industrial/OEM sites and evaluate rust, corrosion, metal and existing coating conditions.
- Prepare Site Evaluation Reports, technical recommendations, BOQ, scope of work and application methodology.
- Recommend appropriate surface preparation and complete anti-rust coating systems.
- Technically support the Sales Team during customer meetings, presentations, trials and demonstrations.
- Explain NanoQuinn technology to OEM Engineering, Production, Quality,



Purchase and Maintenance teams and support conversion from conventional processes such as galvanizing, powder coating, chromating and repetitive painting.
- Coordinate end-to-end Supply & Apply projects from inspection to application, quality checks and final handover.
- Ensure correct surface preparation, coating application, DFT/quality checks and documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to applicators and customers.

Candidate Profile

Solid practical knowledge of corrosion, protective coatings, surface preparation, industrial paints, DFT and coating failures. Good communication and documentation skills with willingness to travel across India.

Preferred: Experience with coating companies, corrosion protection, industrial maintenance, fabrication, paints or surface engineering.
