General Manager / Head – Tea Auctions & Export Business
On behalf of our client, a leading South Indian tea manufacturing company, we are looking for a seasoned tea industry professional to lead the growth and expansion of its auction, domestic sales, and export business.

Key focus areas:
• Tea auction business growth & buyer expansion
• Domestic & institutional sales development
• International export market expansion
• New customer acquisition & strategic relationships
• Market intelligence, pricing & product-market strategy
• Improving sales realisation and profitability

Ideal Candidate:
• 15–20 years of experience in the tea industry
• Strong background in tea plantations, manufacturing & marketing




• Extensive experience in tea auctions
• Proven experience in Indian tea export marketing
• Established network with domestic & international tea buyers
• Solid negotiation, commercial and leadership skills

? Location: Tamil Nadu, with regular travel across India and overseas.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and industry standing, with performance-linked incentives.
