Role Summary
We are looking for two Managers to lead proposal development and business research workstreams for the Foundation's engagements with development-sector clients, corporates and government bodies. This is a client-facing,



ownership-driven role for a skilled from a Big 4 or top-tier consulting background who can independently drive win-themes, structure complex proposals and manage research-led business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals, EOIs, RFPs and concept notes for government, multilateral, corporate CSR and foundation clients
• Own business and sector research to identify opportunities, competitive positioning and pricing strategy
• Structure win themes, technical narratives and value propositions in collaboration with subject-matter experts
• Manage proposal timelines, quality control and compliance with client submission requirements
• Mentor and review the work of Senior Consultants and Consultants on the team
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and partner organisations
• Track sector trends, funding landscapes and donor priori
