Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Academic Advisor role based in Noida. The Academic Advisor will guide prospective and enrolled students on suitable MBBS programs abroad, helping them understand eligibility, academic pathways, and university options.



Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, explaining admission processes, and supporting students with documentation and application timelines. The role involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth visa processing, pre-departure preparation, and ongoing academic support. The Academic Advisor will maintain accurate student records, follow up with leads, participate in outreach events, and uphold Rus Education’s student-first approach in every interaction.
