Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to conduct training sessions and help students develop their communication, interpersonal, and qualified skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging soft skills training sessions for students.
Train students in communication, presentation, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Develop and deliver training materials, activities, and assessments.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and role-play activities.
Identify students’ skill gaps and provide appropriate guidance.
Motivate students and support their overall professional development.




Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
Coordinate with academic and placement teams when required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of soft skills and professional development.
Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is preferred.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Robust interpersonal and classroom management skills.
