The ideal candidate will bring a solid interest in influencer marketing, eagerness to learn, and a creative yet analytical mindset. With a keen eye for spotting digital talent and supporting campaign execution, you will play an key role in strengthening the brand's presence across platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
Influencer Marketing Research & Support
· Research and identify relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
· Assist in screening and shortlisting micro and nano influencers for campaigns.
· Support onboarding of new influencers for campaigns including product launches, awareness campaigns, and referral programs.
· Assist in coordinating with agencies and influencers for campaign execution.




· Maintain and update influencer database and campaign trackers.
· Support the team in brainstorming campaign ideas and content concepts.
Influencer Relationship Management
· Assist in building and maintaining relationships with influencers across categories such as Beauty, Wellness, Lifestyle, Fitness, etc.
· Support communication with influencers regarding deliverables and timelines.
· Assist in managing ongoing influencer collaborations and follow‑ups.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
· Track influencer campaign performance including engagement, reach, and basic metrics.
· Maintain records of influencer campaigns, deliverables, and performance data.
· Assist in preparing campaign performance reports and summaries.
· Support weekly tracking of campaign progress and deliverables.
Industry Trends & Internal Collaboration
· Stay updated on digital media trends, tools, and influencer marketing best practices.
