Position: Sr. Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Sr. Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil construction activities and ensure smooth execution of work at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.

· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and site engineers.

· Monitor manpower and ensure proper utilization of resources.

· Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.

· Monitor site progress and report issues to the concerned team.





· Ensure proper availability and utilization of construction materials.

· Maintain daily progress reports and site records.

· Ensure compliance with safety and site discipline requirements.

Requirements:

· 1–3 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.

· Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.

· Positive knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

· Ability to manage workers and coordinate with contractors.

· Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
