Key Responsibilities
Handle Instagram DMs and engage with the audience. Call leads and follow up with potential customers. Manage social media activities and assist with Instagram growth. Create and coordinate reels and creative social media content. Understand customer requirements and coordinate accordingly. Follow up with customers and support day-to-day sales activities. Assist with general sales and marketing operations.

Skills Required
Valuable communication skills. Comfortable speaking with customers over calls. Basic understanding of Instagram and social media. Creative mindset and interest in content creation. Good follow-up and convincing skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Canva knowledge is an advantage.



Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
