Airflow 2.7+ skills (Both as a us and has knowledge of Airflow internals including customizations)
Docker/Kubernetes Application Development and Kube Admin skills (incl. Helm)
Observability Skills (Monitoring and Logging – ELK, Prometheus/Grafana preferably)
CICD (Azure DevOps Preferred)

Preferred skills*
Experience with diverse enterprise schedulers.
Familiarity with scripting languages beyond Python(e.g. UNIX Shell, PowerShell, Python, Windows Batch, Perl) for migration tasks.
Experience with data quality and governance tools in migration scenarios.
Contributions to Apache Airflow open source.
Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD for data workflows, including migrations
