Role & responsibilities

Deliver NSDTs customer’s KPIs by maintaining a high level of communication with key stakeholders, local and international, vessel crew and our operational staff to bring best in class customer service.
Pre-Arrival activities including uploading of EDI’s and action amendments.
Coordinate and submit export recaps to vessel operators.
Preparation of discharge queues including specialised queues.
Setting of crane work instructions in line with berth schedule and SLA requirements.
Preparation of stowage plan via MOVINS file upload, propose alternate stowage to central planner if S.I. lacks crane intensity.
Manual planning of special stow containers, use of auto-stowage per TOS configuration for balance of general export cargo.
Confirm pre-stowage with vessel operator and vessel command prior to commencement.




Expedite any stowage adjustments as required by vessel operator and/or vessel command.
Save discharge and pre-load plans with supporting recaps and billable events.
Maintain ownership of the working vessels and assist the NSDT Operational Team.
Capture ancillary revenue (e.g., restows) as vessel is working and communicate to customer and NSDT Billing team.

Operations & Stakeholder management
Manage planning, Liase with Vessel Chief, Central Planner and Shipping Line for effective planning.
Finalize the Vessel Planning by approval from vessel chief officer.
Setting SOP (Secure Operating Procedure) of operations team involved in executing the plan.
Preparing TDR & TPR report after vessel sailing for analysing and reviewing the performance
